Albany, West Australia, King George's Sound, at The Forts, Princess Royal Fortress, site of a bronze "Still On Patrol" plaque at south lookout signal tower, dedicated July 4, 1976. The plaque includes USN qualification dolphins, the U.S. Submarine Veterans of WWII logo, a fleet type boat firing a fish, the famed words of Adm's Nimitz and Lockwood and all 52 lost boats.
